STOCK MARKET BEARISH -- SHORT -- CAUTION

Keybot the Quant prints a dramatic finish to the year flipping to the short side at SPX 2046. Wednesday was quiet but Thursday is very active. Weakness in utilities and financials create the drop in the stock market. In the final minutes of trading for the year, Keybot flips to the short side a crazy finish to a very strange and erratic year. The algorithm will be zeroed for the year ahead and the final results for 2015 tallied and displayed. The benchmark SPX index prints a negative -0.6% year. Every Wall Street analyst called for stock market gains this year so everyone was wrong.

The computer program gains +0.7% on the last trade and finishes the year up +11% compared to the -0.6% drop in the SPX. The actual trading gains +19% on the year an excellent return considering the sideways choppiness that served to crush bulls and bears alike all year long. Hedge funds are going belly-up while the little Keybot robot motors through the year generating nice returns with low risk. For the actual trading, Keybot exits IVV and enters RWM.

The algorithm data will be zeroed on the weekend. Monday begins the first day and week of trading in 2016. The XLF 23.85, UTIL 580.50 and SPX 2053 levels are uber important and dictating market direction but the parameters and levels can be identified more firmly this weekend.
