Volatility is key with VIX 19.74 the bull/bear line in the sand. This is all you need to watch. Bears win above VIX 19.74 while bulls win below.
If the VIX moves above 19.74, and the SPX drops below 7103, it is likely that Keybot the Quant will flip to the short side, however, the robot only sees 1's and 0's so you have to wait to see what happens.
